Account data is retained during active subscription and for 90 days after termination unless deletion is requested. Customer Content is retained per your configuration settings. Log data is typically retained for 90 days for operational purposes and up to 7 years for compliance.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
